Ridge House
Residential
Designed for a retiring couple relocating to Northern California, Ridge House sits in Kelly Ridge overlooking Lake Oroville. Their goal was a modern home that would support aging in place while staying within a clearly defined budget.
The home was planned around easy flow, natural light, low maintenance, and energy efficiency, with the views and setting shaping the entire experience. Spaces were designed to feel open and comfortable while remaining practical and easy to navigate for the years ahead.
A modern retirement home designed for the way they want to live now, and for the years ahead.
