McKay
Community
Developed through our work with Rebuild Paradise and Habitat for Humanity, McKay was conceived as an attainable family home that balances construction efficiency with comfort and character.
The plan emphasizes functional living spaces, natural light, straightforward circulation, and flexibility for everyday family life, demonstrating that affordability does not have to mean giving up thoughtful design.
A home designed to make good design practical, attainable, and welcoming.
