Privacy policy

Updated October 16, 2026

When you ask us about your kitchen or bath, Design SI uses your details to respond and help plan your project.

What we collect

Our website form collects your name, phone number or email address, ZIP code, project type, and any notes you choose to share. We also save the submission date and the status of your inquiry.

If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we receive the information you provide through that form. Meta also handles information under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to answer questions, discuss your project, prepare a quote, arrange a visit, and manage follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a purchase.

We do not sell information submitted through Meta lead forms. We use it for your inquiry and related project services, unless you give separate consent for another use.

Storage and access

Website inquiries are saved in a Cloudflare-hosted database and sent by email to Design SI, with a backup copy to Zenit, our website service provider. Authorized staff and service providers can access this information to manage inquiries and operate the website.

We keep inquiry records for project follow-up and business recordkeeping. You can contact us to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for an active project or legal obligations.

Website security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile and request limits to reduce spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP address and browser or device signals, for these checks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your browser temporarily stores a request identifier and a fingerprint of your submission to prevent duplicate requests. Your contact details are not stored in that browser entry. The staff admin page uses a secure login cookie.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, campaign sources, and successfully saved inquiries. Google processes browser and device information and uses cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send form names, contact details, ZIP codes, notes, or submission identifiers to Google Analytics. Google signals are disabled. Google advertising storage, ad measurement data use, and personalization remain off unless you separately allow Advertising.

You can choose Analytics and Advertising separately on the landing page and change or withdraw your choices through its Cookie settings link. Previous analytics consent does not enable advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping analytics off. Your inquiry works without analytics. Your browser stores your choice and temporary identifiers to prevent duplicate lead counts. See Google’s privacy policy.

Optional advertising measurement

If you allow Advertising, the Meta Pixel measures page visits and successfully saved inquiries to help us understand ad results. Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser, page URL, and cookie or ad-click identifiers. Google can also use ad-click identifiers for measurement when you allow the relevant tracking. We keep campaign tags and supported click identifiers in the page URL, but remove other query parameters before tracking loads.

We do not send your form fields or internal submission ID in analytics events or Meta custom parameters. We do not enable advanced matching or upload customer lists. Advertising cookies remain off if you decline, and Global Privacy Control keeps optional tracking off. See Meta’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Your questions and choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
